7 June 2019 – by Jack Taylor
SEGA and ATLUS have announced their software lineup for E3 2019, with Mario, Sonic, and the Mega Drive leading the way.
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 is SEGA's headline act for this year's E3, and will be playable for the very first time on the show floor, ahead of its launch at the end of this year.
The upcoming SEGA Mega Drive Mini (SEGA Genesis Mini in North America) will also be playable, and the SEGA booth will play host to a giant functional Mega Drive controller as an added extra bit of fun.
In addition, upcoming games like Judgement (out 25 June) and Catherine: Full Body (out 3 September) will be playable, alongside Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, which launched on 4 June.
More is expected to be announced ahead of E3 next week, and attendees to the event will be able to find SEGA and ATLUS at Booth #4800 in the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center for the duration of the expo.
