14 June 2018 – by Jack Taylor
New information and the first gameplay footage of the Pokémon: Let's Go! pair of games has been revealed during Nintendo Treehouse: Live at E3.
Nintendo Treehouse provided a first look at some gameplay for Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! during the first day of E3 2018, revealing some new information about the game.
The footage showcased Viridian Forest and Pewter City, two of the early areas in the games, as well as wild Pokémon encounters - in which players only need to use berries or Poké Balls - and trainer battles, which are more traditional in the same vein as the core games.
Two new features revealed were GO Park, which allows players to bring Pokémon over from Pokémon GO, and the Candy Jar, which can be used to collect candies to strengthen their Pokémon's stats.
In addition, while the Poké Ball Plus accessory was revealed alongside the game, it was revealed that each - whether bought separately or in a bundle - will come with Mew contained inside.
Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! launch worldwide on 16 November.
