E3 2019: Banjo-Kazooie and Dragon Quest's Hero to join Smash Bros.

Banjo-Kazooie and Hero from the Dragon Quest games have been confirmed as the next DLC fighters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
As revealed in trailers at either end of E3's Nintendo Direct, the third and fourth DLC fighters to join Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be Hero from Dragon Quest and Banjo-Kazooie respectively.
Hero features four alternate designs from the third, fourth, eighth, and eleventh numbered Dragon Quest games - the latter of which, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition - will launch for Nintendo Switch this September, with Hero joining Smash Bros. in the summer.
The highly-requested, and often thought to be highly improbable, return of Banjo-Kazooie to a Nintendo platform has had fans overjoyed, and the pair will join Smash Bros. in the autumn.
Both fighters are included in the Fighters Pass, which also includes Joker from Persona 5 and two further unannounced characters; Piranha Plant is also available as a DLC fighter as a separate purchase.
