Four new amiibo with classic designs are being added to The Legend of Zelda Collection this year, in celebration of the series' 30th anniversary.
As announced during September's Nintendo 3DS Direct, the four amiibo launch on 1 December in Japan, on 2 December in Europe, and this holiday season in North America.
The designs are based on Link from The Legend of Zelda, Link from Ocarina of Time, and Toon Link and Zelda from The Wind Waker, and will have the same functionality as previous Link, Zelda, and Toon Link amiibo.
As confirmed at E3, all existing amiibo of Zelda characters will be compatible with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, though their exact functionality is yet to be confirmed.
